MULTI-MODAL

Transportation infrastructure and operations play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating international trade. From the perspective of national and regional gateways and corridors, transportation infrastructure must be viewed as a series of linkages in an integrated transportation chain. So too must competitiveness and related transportation policy and infrastructure be developed in an integrated fashion to promote gateway and corridor performance.

CPCS has developed a multimodal transportation practice with expertise across all transportation modes to provide this integrated perspective. We have become a leader in gateway and corridor strategy development and have conducted most of the recent federal studies in Canada in this area. Drawing on this expertise, CPCS can help governments, investors and transportation operators promote the efficiency and competitiveness of strategic gateways and corridors.

Our multimodal advisory services have been retained by federal and provincial governments, economic development agencies, industry associations, and transportation infrastructure operators across all modes.
