We are presently seeking skilled candidates to support current and upcoming project activities in the following areas:

Candidates should have the following:
  • 7 to 10 years experience (including experience in developing countries)
  • strong analytical and communications skills
  • interest in international development
  • willingness to travel
  • an advanced degree related to one of the areas indicated above

HR/Recruitment Manager

Based in Ottawa, the successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing Group and project proposal teams. Reporting to the VP Corporate Affairs and Business Development, he/she will be responsible for overall management, recruitment, and contracting of specialized consulting resources to augment internal project teams, in coordination with field offices overseas.

This opportunity will appeal strongly to someone with a degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent, along with 5 - 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a professional services/consulting environment. You have strong leadership & supervisory skills, excellent organizational & planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You also possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and have a strong analytical and problem solving aptitude. You are a strong team player.

The following would be an asset to this position:
  • Proficiency in a language other than English (French, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish)
  • Experience working with International Financial Institutions
