The Ghana Securities and Exchange Commission launches Request for Information

CPCS is the Transaction Advisor for the Ghana Securities and Exchange Commission for the Design, Build, Finance, Marketing, Commercialization, Operations and Maintenance of an Accommodation Complex, located in the Cantonments suburb, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.

Owing to the need for a more suitable, permanent and expanded head office, the Commission is seeking to procure a new accommodation complex under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) procurement strategy on its existing site, No. 30, 3rd Circular Road, Cantonments, Accra, Ghana.

Critical to the success of the project is the early and continuous engagement with credible private actors, to help inform and shape a robust opportunity. Therefore, as part of our ongoing feasibility study, CPCS has issued a Request for Information (RfI) to the public on behalf of the Commission. The purpose of the RfI is to disseminate information about the project under consideration; to test its commercial viability; and to ascertain the requirements and/or expectations of private actors with regard to their potential participation in the project.

Upon your interest, we invite you to download the Request for Information via this link and to submit your response to the information requested in the document.

Consortiums, companies and persons wishing to respond to the RfI should submit the information requested in Clause 10 and Clause 11 of the attached in Soft Copy to by no later than Thursday August 18th, 2016. You are welcome to provide any additional information that might assist the Commission in finalizing its procurement options.
