CPCS is pleased to announce that is was selected to lead a feasibility study for a transloading facility in the City of Terrace. The study will involve an assessment of the potential markets for the facility, an evaluation of alternative sites, and the development of a preliminary business case. The CPCS Team will be supported by local consulting firms McElhanney Consulting Services and Kleanza Consulting. CPCS will draw from its past experiencing leading and supporting other Western Canadian mandates, including the BC Multimodal Needs Assessment study.
