Global Director - George Kaulbeck

George is a railway engineer with over 25 years of experience in railway engineering. Prior to joining CPCS, he was responsible for the Engineering department in Canadian National Railway's  Atlantic Zone.  George has applied his in-depth knowledge of the evaluation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of railway infrastructure, as well as his financial and railway operations expertise to numerous assignments in Canada and abroad.
