Establishment of a Public-Private Partnership Resource Centre (PRC) and Capacity Building Project in Ghana

CPCS was selected to provide recommendations on the feasibility of a Partnership Resource Centre in Ghana. CPCS is responsible for strengthening the Government of Ghana’s institutional and technical capacities to develop its PPP market. This includes diagnosing and designing options for a PPP Centre, taking into consideration the policy and legislation covering regulation of the PPP contracts, and setting up regulatory frameworks and institutions for infrastructure services. CPCS has now assisted governments in three countries worldwide to develop centralized PPP facilitation units.
