Feasibility Study Review of the Da Nang Toll Road Project in Vietnam
The objective of this assignment is to review and provide recommendations on a previously-undertaken feasibility study for the proposed north-south Da Nang – Quang Ngai Expressway (DQE) in Vietnam. CPCS is responsible for reviewing the preliminary design, the economic and financial analysis, environmental and social assessments, potential toll rates, potential PPP arrangements, as well as the project implementation plan. CPCS will also design and implement a capacity building programme to streamline project implementation.
