CPCS, in this ongoing project, is mandated to provide mechanical engineering consultancy services including Detailed Layout Design, Machinery and Plant Layout, Machinery & Plant Specification, Stabling Yard Facilities, and coordination during construction stage of Delhi Metro Sarita Vihar Depot cum Workshop Project.

The CPCS scope of work for this project includes Project Management and Workshop facilitation, plus carrying out the following services:

• Review of Preliminary Design Reports
• Finalize general layout
• Prepare drawings for inspection shed and repair workshop
• Finalize machinery and plant details along with specifications
• Prepare Bill of Quantities, Estimated Cost, and other financial documentation
• Provide Tender Support and Technical Assistance to Delhi Metro
• Carry out site visits
• Maintain close co-ordination with the entire consultant consortium
