CPCS is part of the team charged to undertake this Transport Canada study to identify solutions for improving the flow of international freight and passengers movements through the Ontario-Quebec Continental Gateway and Trade Corridor. CPCS’s role is focused on analysis of marine, rail and intermodal traffic flows and related infrastructure constraints, particularly in Quebec. The CPCS team is also participating in assessments related to marine transport in Ontario.
