ADVISORY SERVICES FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A CANADIAN PPP OFFICE	CANADA

In its Budget 2007, the Government of Canada announced the creation of a $1.25 billion Public-Private Partnership infrastructure fund, as well as plans for the establishment of a central PPP Office (‘PPP Canada Inc.’). The function of the PPP Office will be to manage the PPP Fund, as well as provide other functions in relation to the promotion of PPPs in Canada. CPCS prepared the Corporate Plan for PPP Canada Inc. The Corporate Plan included a description of PPP Canada Inc’s mandate and objectives, its business lines and related strategy, and capital and operating budget needs over the next five years. This Corporate Plan was developed in discussion with Finance Canada.
