For the Port of Sept-Iles, CPCS conducted a strategic review of a project to construct an intermodal warehouse along with railcar and truck break bulk loading facilities. The study reviewed the project’s compatibility with the Port’s present strategy and made recommendations to ensure the new infrastructure can adapt to changing needs in the long-term. This included an assessment of the allocation of responsibilities and risks to private and public sectors and related financial implications.   |
