ASSESSMENT OF THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF MARINE OPERATIONS PROTECTED BY THE COASTING TRADE ACT CANADA

CPCS as retained by Transport Canada to conduct an economic impact analysis of marine sector  (and all distinct segments) that the Coasting Trade Act was intended to protect; and more specifically, to identify timely and relevant socio/economic data in specific regions of Canada (Atlantic, St. Lawrence and Great Lakes). The aim of this study was to assist senior Transport Canada officials in reviewing policies relating to the Coasting Trade Act.
