Led a review of the Canada’s Environmental Petitions Process (a legislated program established by the Office of the Auditor General of Canada) and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC). Review involved interviews with key INAC managers, identification of process issues within INAC, comparison of process at INA to best practices in other federal departments. Formulated recommendations for improvement of Environmental Petitions process at INAC, including creating new Environmental Petitions protocol to be used by the department.   |
