ABOUT CPCS

CPCS is a Canadian-based professional services firm. We have been providing specialized infrastructure development advice to public and private sector clients since 1969. Specializing in mobilizing private investment in public infrastructure and services, we develop strategies and programs that ensure sustainable infrastructure service delivery and promote economic growth. We are currently the third largest company in Canada for consulting projects funded by International Financial Institutions - a significant portion of our work has been implemented in challenging international markets.

CPCS has been honored with the World Bank's Award of Excellence, the Canadian Award for International Cooperation, and a Canadian Award for International Development (Best Transport Services Project).

CPCS provides advisory services across a broad spectrum of infrastructure sectors, including: Ports, Rail, Urban (transit and property development), Power, Marine, Multimodal Logistics and Roads. Our team brings international expertise in the areas of transaction structuring, public-private partnerships (PPP), financial and economic modeling, legal and regulatory reform, operations, engineering and social and environmental advisory. This strong combination of in-house commercial and technical expertise is what makes CPCS different and has enabled us to successfully complete over 800 projects in 80 countries. We are an employee-owned, independent company. We have no corporate affiliations that would compromise our ability to provide independent advice to our clients regarding downstream project work. We have established an active and successful transaction advisory practice. We advise our clients on the value of professionalism and transparency and we have brought those principles fully on board in our own dealings with clients and partners alike. CPCS is governed by a Board of Directors that includes a full complement of non-executive Directors. The Chairman of our Board, Hon. Douglas Young, is a former Federal Minister of Transport for Canada.
