Peter Kieran is the President of CPCS. An engineer and Harvard MBA by training, he has twenty-five years of experience in management consulting and the direction of engagements overseas and in Canada. He was formerly the Vice President of a state owned corporation in Africa with 16,000 employees. Most recently he has been responsible for leading large multi-disciplinary teams leading to the successful privatization of more than ten state-owned railways and ports. His clients include the Government of Canada, the World Bank, the United Nations and the governments of several developing countries.
